Q: Is water from our Plant safe for Drinking ?
Ans. Yes. It is as per WHO standards and Abu Dhabi Standards for drinking water.
Q. What are the levels of treatment ?
A. We have multiple levels of Filtration and Reverse Osmosis desalination process which protects ALL our consumers from Bacteriological contamination. We also have sterilization process but not chlorine which gives our Consumers superior sterilization but without the chlorine taste. However our process responsibility ends at the entry to our consumers storage tanks. We do however advise our consumers to clean and empty their tanks.
Q. How often do your customers need to clean their tanks and is their a process for it supported by your company?
A. Though as per International Good Practices, a storage tank for every consumer must be cleaned once a month, we recommend at least once every two months as per our directions and schedule given. For every client, we have provided routines and a process which includes FREE service from us for sterilization of the tank and filling and emptying to meet Good Consumer Health control throughout. We also have a good verification system 'Online Process Control', our own laboratory systems and periodical third party verifications.
Q. Why is there a taste difference between Mineral Water and your water ?
A. Taste of water is dependent on every individual's palate, drinking habits, temperature of the water , Alkalinity of the water and storage systems. Water from our system is safe for drinking. Depending on temperature, taste varies.
However on the water being safe for Health issue, it safe for everyone.
Q. How does your company ensure the process is Fool Proof All the Time for drinking water?.
A. Like answered above, we have a strict regime of Quality Control for ensuring consumers health. However every once in a while when we have extreme seawater contamination and seawater being our Only source, we issue warnings to avoid drinking for personal preference issues and to avoid storage of water for more than 8 hours. However even at that time, our water is technically safe for drinking.
